I found the location unbeatable. It is right on gran via. everything is close to this location. i liked that the metro station was nearby. the staff was very nice and helpful .

The location proved stellar for accessing public transport! the metro stop was just a short stroll away. the family room had generous space for everyone. We had room to move. i found breakfast typical for a european hotel, really!

the ac wouldn't turn on centrally, i really wished there was a way to cool the room.

Osvaldo and pablo were helpful with everything i needed. They delivered excellent service. laura was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. the staff offered friendly greetings upon our departures and returns. That was very sweet.

The hop-on-hop-off bus stop was conveniently located just 200 meters away, this was perfect. i just had to cross the road and board. So simple and easy. the metro provided great access to many tourist sites!!!

during my stay, i found there was no refrigerator in the room, a feature i missed.. it would have added a touch of comfort.
